Students wishing to take Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band or String Orchestra can register during student registration in March.

Chamber Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, and Wind Ensemble will require auditions in addition to registering. Read below for audition information:

Concert Bands

All Wind auditions need to be submitted to the google folder by Wednesday, April 30th, 2025. 

 

Jazz Bands

Please submit all auditions to the google classroom by Wednesday, April 30th, 2025.
Playing with the combo will be held after school in the Cal High Band Room on Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 from 2:30pm - 5:30pm. 
Improvisation for drums will be held after school in the Cal High Band Room on Thursday ,May 1st, 2025 from 4:00pm - 5:00pm.
